REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

We are looking for freelance talent for a quick FLASH game project.
We want a bold fun look for a mainstream school-age audience.
We'll purchase character design and animation services -hopefully from the same person.

This small project needs to be completed by the end of the month, so this RFP runs very quickly.
Earlier this year we ran a similar competition - for a different kind of animator, and a project with a much higher budget and longer schedule.  About fifteen responses were received, and five or six respondents worked on the game, with contracts ranging from  a few hundred dollars to many many thousands.

The venue is a website dedicated to educating youngsters about pets: love & responsibility, etc.

Our game reinforces these attitudes.
You play with your dog.
The most important thing that this dog does is appreciate your throwing skills.

This dog is not to entertain you - but to play with you.
He does NOT represent the challenge in the game
(The challenge is throwing the ball correctly)
He is not the protagonist in the game.
He is the reward.
